Along with our internal brands, we also manage 25–30 clients across industries, creating digital campaigns, advertisements, and social media content.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across multiple brands and clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content trends, audience engagement, and platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and clients
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create content calendars and ensure timely posting
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content team for creatives
• Write engaging captions and ensure brand tone consistency
• Monitor performance metrics, insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
• Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and platform algorithms
• Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and community management
• Handle multiple accounts simultaneously with proper planning and execution
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content trends
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and performance tracking
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
