We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and manage content, communication, and execution across platforms.

Job role: Social Media Manager
Location: Delhi / Gurgaon
Work Model: Hybrid
What you’ll do:
• Plan and manage weekly content calendars and social media strategies.
• Write captions/content, align references, and coordinate with the designer for creatives.
• Manage daily posting, audience engagement, comment/DM/review replies, and platform communication.
• Ensure consistent brand communication while driving audience growth and engagement.
• Monitor trends, industry activity, insights, and audience sentiment to keep content relevant and optimize performance.
• Coordinate shoots, event coverage, influencer collaborations, ad creatives, and campaign execution with the team.
• Conduct weekly team meetings, evaluate team KPI records, and prepare monthly performance reports.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of social media, content strategy, and platform trends
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Creative thinking with strong execution ability
• Someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience in social media management/content strategy is preferred.
