Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies to grow and engage the online audience for clients. Daily tasks include creating and strategizing engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role demands a balance between creativity, innovation, and analytical insight to build and manage strong online communities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Proficiency in analyzing social media performance and leveraging insights for optimization
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Working knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
