Key Responsibilities:
- Research current social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies
- Generate creative content ideas tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Write articles, captions, and posts aligned with brand voice
- Edit videos for reels, shorts, and full-length content
- Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and respond effectively
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies
- Develop and execute strategies to increase reach, engagement, and virality
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic video editing skills (Descript, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Strong research and adaptability skills
