We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands hospitality branding, food storytelling, and audience engagement, and can turn everyday operations into high-impact digital content.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Business
• Create and manage monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Handle LinkedIn branding for company visibility, hiring posts, and B2B communication
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality content
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
• Manage social media ads (Meta & LinkedIn – basic to intermediate level)
• Monitor comments, DMs, reviews, and online reputation
• Track analytics, insights, and campaign performance
• Stay updated with hospitality, food, and social media trends
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams for launches, events, and promotions

✅ Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn marketing
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or service industry preferred
• Understanding of content strategy, brand positioning & storytelling
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
• Basic understanding of paid ads, reach, engagement, and lead funnels
• Excellent communication, planning, and creative thinking skills
