Role Description
This is a contract role for a Social Media Manager, based in Nagpur with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some tasks to be performed from home. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating content tailored for different platforms, monitoring social media trends, enhancing user engagement through optimization, and collaborating with the team to align online presence with brand goals. Daily tasks include managing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and interacting with the audience to build a strong online community.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing effective Content Strategies tailored to different platforms
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance data for informed decision-making
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for engaging online communities
- Experience with social media tools and management platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
