Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will oversee the company's social media presence, manage accounts across multiple platforms, and develop strategic content to engage and grow the audience. Day-to-day tasks include creating, scheduling, and publishing content, optimizing social media strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and engaging with followers. The role also involves staying updated on digital trends and identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to create engaging and clear messaging
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track and measure engagement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with trends and tools relevant to social media and digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience managing business social media accounts is a plus
