JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow brand presence across digital platforms. The role involves planning content strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring consistent engagement across social media channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital trends, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaign schedules, and timely publishing of content across all social media channels.
- Coordinate with copywriters, graphic designers, and video teams to create engaging and high-quality social media content.
- Review creatives, captions, and campaign assets to ensure brand consistency, creativity, and quality standards.
- Monitor audience interactions, comments, and messages while maintaining active community engagement and positive brand presence.
- Execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities in collaboration with internal creative and performance marketing teams.
- Track campaign and platform performance through analytics, engagement metrics, and growth reports to optimize strategies effectively.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging content ideas.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, campaign updates, and participation in strategy discussions or review meetings.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Hands-on experience in content planning, campaign execution, community management, and brand communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copy understanding and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, insights, and performance tracking metrics.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, Meta Business Suite, and basic paid campaign coordination.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, content, and client servicing teams.
- Ability to identify trends, audience behavior, and innovative content opportunities for brands.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach towards campaign execution and client requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital trends.
