If you think social media is about aesthetics first, this role will break you.
Your Role (Real Ownership)
You will co-own and operate the growth side of the business:
- Build & manage YouTube Automation pipelines
- Create and test Meta ad creatives (hooks, angles, narratives)
- Help acquire, onboard, and retain US clients
- Improve systems so clients stay longer and pay monthly
- Track performance that actually matters:
- retention, CTR, leads, booked calls, renewals
- Eventually lead a small execution team (editors, ops)
You’re not “support.”
You’re responsible.
What We Expect
- You understand that hooks matter more than hashtags
- You can write clearly and think logically
- You’re curious about how content supports business
- You’re comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Drive
- You show up consistently and follow through
What We Don’t Care About
- Degrees or certificates
- “Social media marketing” jargon
- Meme pages without business context
- Pretty posts with zero intent
What You’ll Learn
- How short-form content actually grows brands
- Basics of YouTube automation & repurposing
- How content supports Meta Ads and funnels
- How US-market content differs from Indian creators
- Real startup execution (not fake internship tasks)
