We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands viral content, Web3 trends, and social media growth.
You’ll turn podcasts, videos, and ideas into high-performing content across YouTube, X, Instagram & LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan and execute weekly content strategy
- Identify viral Web3 & social media trends
- Write engaging hooks, scripts & captions
- Manage content calendar and publishing
- Coordinate with editors & designers
- Track performance and optimize content strategy
Must Have:
- Experience managing social media content
- Strong scriptwriting & storytelling skills
- Understanding of viral content patterns
- Strong research & trend-analysis skills
- Excellent execution and communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with creators or podcasts
- Knowledge of YouTube growth & retention
- Experience with AI content tools
- Understanding of Crypto/Web3
