We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for building brands online? Do you live and breathe social media trends, analytics, design, and content creation? If yes — we want you on our team!
🔹 Position: Social Media Manager
🔹 Experience: 1–3 Years
🔹 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan monthly content calendars and craft engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Create visually appealing static creatives, carousels, and short-form videos
- Edit videos for reels, shorts, campaign content, and brand promotions
- Manage brand pages, improve engagement, and drive organic growth
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for timely campaign execution
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics
- Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and platform updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of digital and social media trends
- Hands-on experience with creative post designing (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator preferred)
- Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
- Excellent content sense — understanding what works visually and creatively
- Strong communication & storytelling skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects
- A portfolio showcasing design + video work (mandatory)
