Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement for clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The Social Media Manager collaborates with internal teams and clients to align social media campaigns with broader marketing and ecommerce goals. The role also involves community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying current with platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications - Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for multiple platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Proficient Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent social media content.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams and managing online communities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Experience managing social media for brands in ecommerce or digital marketing environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
