Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Aligarh. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns, managing content strategies, and creating engaging posts tailored to target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include regular updates across various social platforms, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and collaborating with creative teams to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Knowledge of audience engagement and content performance analysis
• Ability to stay updated on social media trends and best practices
• Familiarity with digital tools and social media management platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in managing social media for brands is a plus
