Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the company's social media strategy, manage its presence across multiple platforms, create and implement content strategies, and drive social media campaigns. The role involves generating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, monitoring analytics, and fostering online community engagement with the brand's audience. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams will be a key aspect of the role to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and core values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create compelling and effective content
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies across multiple platforms
- Understanding of analytics platforms to track performance and extract actionable insights
- Ability to engage and build connections with online communities in a professional and empathetic manner
- Proven experience managing brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging
- Familiarity with mental health, wellness, or a similar industry is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
