Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media activities across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating and publishing posts, managing community engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves coordinating with designers and copywriters, aligning content with brand strategy, and implementing social media marketing and optimization (SMO) techniques to increase reach and engagement. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, recommend improvements, and stay updated with platform trends and best practices to ensure clients’ brands remain relevant and visible.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan and execute effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create engaging, brand-aligned content for different platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams and manage community interactions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic design coordination for multimedia content.
- Relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is advantageous, along with the ability to work on-site in Vapi.
