Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our on-site team in Ludhiana. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing creative strategies for social media marketing, crafting content plans, managing platforms, optimizing performance (SMO), and creating engaging content. The role also entails fostering online audience engagement and maintaining exceptional communication with brand stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure social media performance
- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience managing social media accounts for brands is a plus
