📱 We're hiring a Social Media Manager for one of Chennai's most recognised real estate brands — Casagrand.
Not looking for someone who schedules posts. Looking for someone who builds audiences, owns influencer relationships, and moves the needle on brand love.
📍 Location: Chennai (on-site, full-time) 💼 Experience: 5–8 years 💰 CTC: ₹8–14 LPA 📊 Managing 800K+ followers across platforms
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻:
→ Full social media strategy & content calendar
→ Influencer marketing — identification, briefing, negotiation & reporting
→ Community management across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
→ Paid social campaigns & performance analytics
→ Collaboration with internal teams & external creators
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀:
✔ 5–8 years hands-on social media experience
✔ Proven influencer marketing — non-negotiable
✔ Consumer brand OR digital agency background
✔ Strong analytical and presentation skills
✔ Chennai based preferred
