Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and scale the digital presence of multiple brands within our ecosystem.
- This role extends beyond content management and focuses on driving brand growth, strengthening digital positioning, executing influencer-led initiatives, and contributing to broader business objectives, including client acquisition and event success.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment and possess a strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows, influencer marketing, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management
Manage and grow brand presence across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Develop and execute structured content calendars aligned with business objectives
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all channels
- Content Strategy & AI Integration
Plan and oversee the development of reels, posts, carousels, and stories
Lead content initiatives for campaigns, events, and founder branding
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, MidJourney) to enhance efficiency and creative output
Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives
Execute influencer campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing field
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing & performance marketing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or event-based organisation
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers, reach, and engagement
- Successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Increase in event registrations and brand visibility
