Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Pune District. The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media platforms, develop and implement creative social media strategies, manage everyday content creation and scheduling, and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and outreach. The role also involves staying updated with trends, collaborating across teams for cohesive messaging, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth
- Strong Communication and Writing abilities to craft compelling and clear messages tailored to diverse audiences
- Expertise in Content Strategy, including planning, managing, and executing campaigns that align with brand goals
- Experience with social media analytics tools to track and optimize performance metrics
- Understanding of digital trends and audience behaviors across multiple social media platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in meeting deadlines
- Experience in the interior design or creative industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
