Position 1: Sales Executive
If you thrive on meeting people, closing deals, and achieving ambitious targets, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through structured cold-calling and lead generation strategies.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales, operations, and technical teams.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
✔ Professional telephone etiquette and confidence in cold calling.
✔ Ability to work under performance-driven KPIs.
✔ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Mandatory Requirements
• Work From Office (Bhubaneswar).
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Comfortable making high-volume cold calls every day.

Position 2: Media & Creative Executive
We are looking for a creative professional who can transform ideas into compelling visual communication and strengthen our brand across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality social media creatives and digital campaigns.
• Create brochures, product catalogues, flyers, banners, standees, and marketing collateral.
• Design sales presentations, quotations, proposal templates, and promotional materials.
• Develop graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and our website.
• Produce advertisements supporting the sales team and business development initiatives.
• Edit photographs and promotional videos for campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in branding across every customer touchpoint.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver creative assets within strict deadlines.
Required Skills
✔ Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design tools.
✔ Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and digital marketing.
✔ Creativity with exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
• Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
