Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, planning and creating engaging content, managing social media channels, optimizing posts for better engagement, and analyzing campaign performance. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with online audiences and cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing Content Strategies and managing social media calendars
- Excellent Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and tools to track and optimize performance
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in managing social media platforms for brands is an advantage
