About the Role
We need someone who lives on Instagram — not to manage it, but to build a brand on it. You'll own the channel end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, reels, carousels, stories, hooks, and community engagement. This is not a 'post 3x a week' job. It's a build job.
What You'll Own
- Instagram strategy, content calendar, and publishing rhythm for this new brand
- Short-form video: reels ideation, hooks, scripting, briefing the video team, and performance review
- Carousels and infographics: concept, copy, and coordination with design
- Stories and community: daily engagement, DMs, polls, and brand voice consistency
- Trend identification: spotting what's working in edu-content and adjacent categories before it goes mainstream
- Analytics: weekly reporting on reach, saves, shares, follower growth, and profile visits — with a clear POV on what to do next
