Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Surat. The Social Media Manager will oversee the company's social media strategy and implementation to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and support marketing objectives. Responsibilities include designing and managing campaigns, optimizing posts for different social platforms, crafting engaging and impactful content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to increase audience outreach and interaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing for social media platforms
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with social media management tools and trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
