Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Kanpur. The role involves managing and creating content for social media platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media performance (SMO), and coordinating digital campaigns. The Social Media Manager will also engage with audiences, track analytics, and align social media efforts with the overall content and brand strategy to generate engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with an ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends
- Capability to work in a team and meet deadlines effectively
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
