Role Description

We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Social Media Manager who can strategize, plan, and execute engaging content across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong script-writing skills for Reels and short-form videos, a solid understanding of social media trends, and experience managing international client accounts.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Write high-converting scripts for Reels and short-form content
• Identify trends and create viral content ideas
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook Pages, and community pages
• Optimize social media profiles (SMO)
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare actionable reports
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in writing and developing content strategies
• Experience handling overseas clients (preferred)
• Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
