Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing and creating content for social media platforms, optimizing posts for better engagement, analyzing social media performance, and engaging with online communities to foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse online audiences
- Experience in Content Strategy development and implementation
- Exceptional Writing skills for captions, posts, and branding content
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media impact and adapt strategies accordingly
- Ability to work onsite in Noida with excellent organization and time-management skills
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
