Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Manager (Content + On-Camera).
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
This role requires you to record videos with your face and speak on camera — it’s a core part of the job.
You’ll work directly with the team to build high-performing content for personal branding and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute social media content strategy
- Create and post Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn content
- Record videos on camera (mandatory)
- Optimise content for reach and engagement
- Track performance using analytics tools
- Stay updated with trends and suggest content ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media marketing & content strategy
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Good communication and storytelling ability
- Basic understanding of content performance & analytics
- Consistent, creative, and deadline-focused
