Job Title: Social Media Manager – Content & Shoots
Location: Delhi, Shahdara
Role Overview: -
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can own our brand’s visual storytelling end-to-end. You will plan and execute product/lifestyle shoots and drive influencer collaborations to grow brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Shoot Planning & Execution – End to End
· Own the complete shoot lifecycle: concept, mood board, shot list, location, props, models, scheduling
· Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and editors to ensure timely delivery
· Manage shoot budgets and ensure optimal use of resources
· Ensure brand guidelines, aesthetics, and messaging are maintained across all visual content
· Plan monthly content calendars with a mix of product shoots, reels, UGC, and lifestyle content
2. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
· Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and bloggers
· Negotiate barter/collaboration terms and manage deliverables
· Brief influencers on brand tone, USPs, and campaign goals
3. Social Media Strategy & Growth
· Plan and manage Instagram grid, reels, stories, and YouTube Shorts strategy
· Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
· Monitor trends, viral formats, and competitor activity to keep content fresh
· Work with performance team to align organic content with paid ad creatives
4. Content Management
· Maintain content library and ensure timely posting as per calendar
· Analyze insights weekly – what worked, what didn’t, and iterate
· Repurpose shoot content for ads, website, WhatsApp, and emailers
Requirements: -
· Must Have: Proven experience planning and executing brand shoots from scratch
· Strong network or ability to connect with influencers and creators
· Hands-on with Instagram, YouTube, Canva, and basic editing tools
· Excellent aesthetic sense and understanding of lighting, framing, storytelling
· Strong communication and coordination skills – you’ll manage multiple vendors
