Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager for our office located in Pune District. The Social Media Manager will oversee social media strategy development, execute campaigns, manage content creation, and monitor engagement metrics. Responsibilities include optimizing social media posts, analyzing audience insights, and collaborating with the design team to create compelling content. The role also requires managing multiple social platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to drive engagement and reach
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating impactful content and engaging with online audiences
- Experience in formulating and executing effective Content Strategy
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and drive data-informed decisions
- Creative thinking and attention to detail in crafting appealing social media campaigns
- Relevant experience in a marketing or design-related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
