Role Description The Social Media Manager is a part-time, hybrid role. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support user engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and interaction, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to translate complex concepts into accessible content, respond to audience interactions, and maintain a consistent, brand-aligned presence across channels.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and inclusive content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and schedule content that aligns with brand and business objectives.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
- Familiarity with healthcare, sports, or wellness sectors and the ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively hybrid, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-evolving environment.
