🎯 Role Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media content strategies
• Manage and grow company social media platforms
• Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form video content
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
• Apply SMO techniques to improve reach and engagement
• Monitor analytics and optimize performance
• Interact with audience and build online presence
• Collaborate with design & marketing teams
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in social media or related role
• Strong content writing and content planning skills
• Experience in reel creation and short-form video content
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Good understanding of memes, trends, and internet culture
• Socially active and aware of latest platform updates
• Strong communication and creative thinking ability
• Experience with analytics & performance tracking tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
