About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to handle and grow our digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
The ideal candidate should know how to create engaging content, understand audience behavior, follow trends, and build strong brand visibility through consistent and impactful social media management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages
- Plan and create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, captions, and campaigns
- Develop monthly content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
- Create platform-specific strategies to improve reach, engagement, and followers
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, trainers, and teams for content execution
- Create educational, career-focused, and trend-based content ideas
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Analyze insights and performance metrics to improve engagement and audience growth
- Handle audience interaction including comments, messages, and community engagement
- Support branding and marketing activities through social media campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube content strategy, LinkedIn branding, and Facebook engagement
- Good knowledge of content planning, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Ability to create creative and engaging content ideas independently
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Strong communication and caption-writing skills
- Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in educational, technical, software, or training-related social media management will be preferred.
