Role Overview:
You’ll own WaiiPod’s digital presence end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
You’ll plan, publish, and optimise content across platforms, run performance-driven experiments,
and ensure the brand shows up with clarity, speed and cultural relevance.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube & Threads.
Build and execute weekly/monthly content calendars.
Track trends, cultural moments, founder stories, and adapt them for WaiiPod.
Coordinate with designers, editors & the editorial team for seamless delivery.
Optimise posts using analytics, SEO basics and performance insights.
Run performance tests (hooks, formats, posting times) to grow reach.
Manage community responses, DMs, and brand engagement.
Work on basic ad setup, campaign optimisation & lead-gen experiments.
Maintain consistency, tone, and brand language across channels.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong platform knowledge: Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube
Comfort with numbers: analytics, post performance, growth metrics.
Good taste for content, hooks, pacing and narrative.
Confident in writing short-form social copy
Familiarity with SEO principles (keywording, metadata, discoverability).
Basic understanding of performance marketing (ad manager experience is a plus).
Bonus:
Experience with creator-led brands, youth media, news or storytelling platforms.
Worked with cross-functional creative teams. Interest in culture, current affairs, business & founder
stories.
