Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ludhiana, Punjab. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, optimizing posts, analyzing metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities
- Experience with monitoring analytics to measure performance and inform strategy
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns effectively
- Creative problem-solving and a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
