Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mysore. The Social Media Manager will manage and grow Shilpi Builders’ presence across social media platforms by planning and executing content calendars, publishing posts, and engaging with followers and inquiries. Daily responsibilities include creating visual and written content, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to highlight ongoing projects, achievements, and customer stories. The role involves responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying new opportunities to increase reach and engagement. The Social Media Manager will also stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and improve results.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy and planning.
- Candidates should have proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
- Candidates should have experience in campaign management, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Mysore.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
