Job Description – Social Media Manager (Intern)

About the Role
The Social Media Manager (Intern) will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, supporting digital campaigns, and enhancing brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The role focuses on improving audience engagement, content performance, and maintaining consistent brand communication.
The intern will work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of creative deliverables and contribute to overall brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Content Creation
- Design creatives, reels, and videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Ensure content aligns with platform-specific tone and audience preferences.
2. Podcast Support & Execution
- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing podcast content.
- Work on interviews and documentary-style storytelling formats.
3. Campaign & Brand Support
- Create visuals for campaigns, contests, and special projects.
- Support marketing initiatives with creative assets.
4. Weekly Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and share weekly performance reports.
- Analyze trends and suggest improvements for better engagement.
5. Coordination & Timely Delivery
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all creatives.
6. Website Content
- Design banners, posters, and images for website requirements.
7. Additional Creative Work
- Work on pitch decks, thumbnails, certificates, and other design requirements as needed.
Candidate Preferences
- Strong creative and design skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication , canva skills
- Prior experience in social media management or design is preferred
