Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator based in Mohali.
This is not just a strategy role — we’re looking for someone who can execute, design, and create high-performing content daily.
You will be responsible for planning, designing, and publishing content across platforms while ensuring it drives engagement, leads, and brand authority.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Design high-quality creatives, carousels, and ad visuals
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, and AI-generated video content
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content that drives action
- Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms
- Monitor analytics and optimize content for performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align with lead generation campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new content styles
Qualifications & Skills- Strong experience in Social Media Marketing & SMO
- Graphic design expertise (MUST) — Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
- Ability to create Reels, short-form videos, and AI-based video content
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Understanding of content hooks, storytelling, and viral formats
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve content strategy
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and lead generation
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
