🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager
At **Satva Marketing Solutions**, we’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who knows how to turn content into results.
If you understand reels, trends, ads, and growth—not just posting—this is for you.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
• Create engaging content (Reels, Posts, Stories)
• Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Build and execute growth strategies
• Run and optimize Meta Ads
• Work on SEO basics & analytics
• Track performance and improve results
💡 What We’re Looking For:
• 0–2 years experience (freshers with skills can apply)
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Basic knowledge of ads & analytics
• Creative mindset + execution ability
đź’° Compensation:
• Performance-based evaluation
• ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 stipend (entry level)
• Incentives based on performance
• Full-time opportunity: ₹2.5–4.5 LPA
👉 For experienced candidates, we offer a performance-based evaluation period or a paid project trial instead of a fixed probation period.
