Social Media Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong online communities that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement opportunities.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Work with influencers, creators, and brand partners for collaborations and campaigns.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated with emerging social media tools, trends, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Video editing and short-form content creation skills.
