Role Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing Becuase She Can's social media presence across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Duties include creating and implementing content strategies, crafting and scheduling posts, and optimizing social media campaigns. The role encompasses fostering meaningful online interactions, measuring campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Effective Communication skills for online engagement
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Familiarity with the logistics or education sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
