Role Description
As a full-time Social Media Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of social media strategies to enhance RSK's online presence and engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing social media posts for maximum reach, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth. This on-site role is based in our Nagpur office, where collaboration with marketing and content teams will be essential to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating compelling and engaging content
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance analysis
- Ability to stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience with graphic design tools or video editing software is a plus
- Proven track record of growing brand presence on major social platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
