Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media campaigns, create content strategies, optimize platforms for growth, and engage with online communities. Daily responsibilities include monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, writing engaging posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track social media performance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage deadlines
- Knowledge of branding and digital trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in social media management is highly desirable
