Role Description
This is a part-time work from home Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing content creation and optimization, engaging with the audience across social platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to improve online reach and engagement. The role will involve collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies mainly for LinkedIn
- Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and metrics
- Ability to analyze data to optimize strategies and campaigns
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Prior experience in the chemical or textile industry is a plus

- LinkedIn Savvy: You actively use LinkedIn, understand what makes a post go viral or get high-value engagement, and know how to format text for readability (white space, bullet points, etc.).

- Reliable: You respect deadlines and stick to the posting schedule.
