Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our on-site team in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will strategize, execute, and oversee social media campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities will include creating and optimizing social media content, managing paid and organic strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure cohesive messaging. The candidate will also stay up-to-date on social media trends and implement improvements to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging digital content
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience managing social media for brands or agencies is highly desirable
