Job Title: - Social Media Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, execute content strategies, and build a strong online community. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content posting, webinar hosting, calendar planning, and driving brand visibility and follower growth.

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in social media management

Responsibilities:
*Social Media Management:
· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and twitter etc.)
· Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels
*Content Posting & Scheduling:
· Execute daily/weekly posting schedules
· Optimize posts for engagement and reach
*Social Media Calendar:
· Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
· Align content with marketing campaigns, events, and brand goals
*Webinar Hosting:
· Plan, coordinate, and host webinars or live sessions
· Collaborate with internal teams and external speakers
· Promote webinars across platforms to maximize attendance
*Documentation & Reporting:
· Maintain records of campaigns, content plans, and performance reports
· Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
*Community Building:
· Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly
· Build and nurture an active online community
· Monitor feedback and maintain positive brand interactions
*Growth & Brand Visibility:
· Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement
· Improve brand awareness and online presence
· Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities
Skills Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 2-5 years of experience in social media management
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with webinar tools and hosting
· Ability to plan and manage content calendars
· Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
· Creative mindset with attention to detail
