Quadrant IT Services is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead and scale our digital presence across platforms. If you are passionate about content, trends, and data-driven marketing, we’d love to connect with you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos)
- Track trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments & DMs, and build active communities
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
- Implement conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, lead generation, and ROAS
- Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and ad copy
- Collaborate with designers and video teams for high-quality creatives
- Repurpose content across platforms (blogs → reels → carousels)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS
- Identify top-performing content and scale winning strategies
