Social Media & Brand Manager — Qiah Clothing

1)About Qiah:
- Qiah is a western wear label turning 11 and we’re not celebrating quietly. We’re in the middle of a full brand revamp: sharper identity, bolder content, and a community that actually feels something. We’re looking for someone who gets that energy without being briefed on it<
/strong>.
2)The Role:
- You won’t just be posting. You’ll be building —: content systems, a brand voice, a visual world. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who lives and breathes fashion content and knows how to make a revamp feel like a revolution, not a rebrand.
3)What You’ll Own:
- Content Strategy & Calendar — Monthly and weekly content plans across Instagram (primary), with an eye on emerging platforms
- Content Creation — Concept, script, shoot direction, and execution. You should be comfortable both behind and in front of the process
- Brand Curation — Mood, aesthetic, tone. You’ll be the gatekeeper of what feels *Qiah* and what doesn’t
- Community & Engagement — Replies, DMs, collabs, comment sections. You treat the audience like humans
- Campaign Management — Lead social rollouts for launches, drops, and moments (starting with our 11th anniversary campaign)
- Analytics & Iteration — You know your numbers and you use them to get better, not just to report.
4)What We’re Looking For:

s- of social media experience, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brandA portfol
- io that shows you can build a cohesive visual and tonal identity, not just individual postsProven ab
