Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan monthly content calendars across Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Oversee end to end content execution including coordination with designers, video editors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely uploading, publishing, and scheduling of content across platforms
• Maintain platform hygiene including profile updates, content categorisation, captions, thumbnails, hashtags, tagging, and community management
• Drive organic growth through engaging content formats, trend tracking, audience engagement, and platform best practices
• Monitor performance metrics and share regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and brand teams to create informative and patient centric content
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management and content execution
• Strong understanding of Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
• Strong content planning and coordination skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail oriented with strong execution capabilities
