Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven social media manager to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing practices, social media management, and video editing. Candidates with a Commerce background and at least 3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content for better rankings.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Manage Meta Ads including Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Handle and manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to increase organic reach across social media channels.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creative campaigns.
• Create basic creatives, posts, marketing materials, and short-form videos using Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Required skills and qualification
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, and social media management.
• Hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of strategies to increase organic reach on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating social media creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and branding strategies.
• Good understanding of digital analytics and reporting.
