Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and fostering audience growth and engagement. The role includes overseeing multiple platforms, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with team members to align branding and messaging across campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of social media tools, trends, and best practices
- Proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the education sector or with edtech platforms is a plus
